Machine Technician

Hours are 11pm-7:30am

Pay is $19.06/hour plus $3/hour shift premium

Litehouse is seeking a Machine Technician I / Production Machine Operator to join our team!

The Machine Technician I operates a minimum of one production machine in an area or department and performs basic preventative machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Essential Job Duties

– Operate and lead key machinery, striving for efficient output of quality products.
– Set up, operate and adjust machinery.
– Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications.
– May be responsible for breaking co-workers.
– Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
– Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements.
– Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements.
– Perform basic maintenance/controls, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
– Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
– Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeep throughout the facility and grounds.

Qualifications

– Education: High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred.
– Mechanically inclined preferred.
– Experience: Fully trained and experienced in the operation of one production machine as defined at each plant and/or equivalent work experience.
