About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Communications Strategy Consultant in Strategic Execution.

In this role, you will:

Develop business communications strategies for high priority initiatives and issues, with the aim of promoting and protecting Wells Fargos reputation and appropriately engaging stakeholders

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on business communications strategies and share best practices

Create unique and original internal content

Lead kickoff, progress, and presentation meetings with key stakeholders across the company

Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand and verbal standards, compliance and privacy regulations, and web policies

Partner closely with the line of business communicators who support business lines and functions, as well as other internal partners, to develop plans that consider various perspectives

Enhance and utilize processes and templates for effective issues management

Provide strategic counsel and business communications support for senior leaders

Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives that significantly influence the companys business

Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groups

Required Qualifications:

7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Experience applying standard editorial style guide rules to published materials

Experience developing integrated communication strategies

Project Management Experience

Experience with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

SharePoint experience

Job Expectations:

Must be able to work at one of the approved locations on the posting or be willing to move to the location

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 – $287,600.00
