PCO Field Specialist – Fixed Term

Summary of Responsibilities:

Bring your positive energy to ATC! We’re looking for a fixed-term PCO Field Specialist to be responsible for material receipting, visual inspections, and non-conformance documentation at designated work sites to meet our customer’s project needs. You will also perform field observations on selected projects, including comparisons of contractor resource plans for labor and equipment versus what is physically observed in the field.

Essential Responsibilities:

You’ll use your associate degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent experience to communicate and/or coordinate with internal and external stakeholders about project material schedules and receipting; ensuring that contractor labor and equipment resources align with project plans. You’ll also demonstrate leadership in the area of safety and environmental compliance by encouraging safe work behaviors.

This position will provide primary coverage for Southeast Wisconsin. Frequent travel to other portions of Wisconsin may also be required. This fixed term role will last up to 18 months and is benefit-eligible.
