management skills in the leadership of multiple cross-functional
Operations project teams for the execution of strategic, medium-to-high
risk new product development initiatives to achieve corporate growth
objectives. Projects could also include new production capability,
significant cost optimization gross margin enhancement and business
process initiatives. Act as the Sales, Marketing and Innovation liaison
between Operations. Serve as the go-to person for Sales, Marketing and
Innovation project initiation and Corporate prioritization. In
partnership with the Sales, Marketing or Innovation project leader,
clarify overall project scope and timeline, and identify objectives and

deliverables, validate and confirm acceptance, track team member
