leaf this fall with us! We are a 119 year old, 4th generation family
owned and operated foundry and manufacturing business in Saukville, WI.
We specialize in centrifugal casting of aluminum, steel, nickel, copper
and alloys of those for civilian and military clients. We are looking
for a Part Time Office Assistant to work closely with our office
manager. This person needs a “can do” attitude, bright personality,
willingness to learn, basic computer skills, and at least some office
experience. This position combines traditional receptionist duties with
light secretarial duties in a standard manufacturing office setting.
This person would be responsible for greeting our customers and
answering the phones, assisting the Office Manager with filing, copying,
maintaining and ordering office supplies, and other basic office duties
as needed. This position has a terrific work/life balance as there are
no weekends and is 20 – 25 hours per week Monday through Friday. The
shift is either 8 am – 1 pm or 9 am – 2 pm roughly. We can be flexible
if you need to pick up your children or work around travel time with
these times a little bit if needed for the right candidate. We are paid
weekly by direct deposit. We have a Nurse Practitioner on site every
week if needed. This position has great potential to become full time in

experience. Required Education: High School or Equivalent Required
Experience: Open Answer telephones and give information to callers, take
messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Greet visitors
or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate
persons according to their needs. Create, maintain, and enter
information into databases. Use computers for various applications, such
as database management or word processing. Operate office equipment,
such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs
when equipment malfunctions. Set up and manage paper or electronic
filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or
maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or
other material. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine
correspondence, or reports, such as presentations or expense,
statistical, or monthly reports. Complete forms in accordance with
company procedures. Conduct searches to find needed information, using
such sources as the Internet. Review work done by others to check for
correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are
followed, and recommend revisions. Make copies of correspondence or
other printed material. Learn to operate new office technologies as they
are developed and implemented. Order and dispense supplies.
