share outside of the organization. Your Role: The Associate
Manufacturing Manager is responsible for planning and scheduling
projects with a team of technical experts and will support the
production teams in day-to-day operation of the manufacturing process.
This position supports operational safety, regulatory compliance,
quality systems, and process control. Responsibilities to include:
Lead the planning and scheduling of the day-to-day operations in a
manufacturing setting Support the optimization of the manufacturing
process through production resources Support the departments
operating plan objectives and coordinate activities to realize them
Develop policies and procedures that improve efficiency without
compromising safety or quality Support the realization of the key
performance indicators and company objectives Support the Continuous
Improvement Initiatives through the technical team and production groups
Ensure compliance with internal change control policies and customer
expectations Support the department in coaching role and as a trainer
in safety and incident prevention Communicate regularly with the
manager and the production team providing visibility for achievements,
risks, and opportunities Support the hiring and training effort while
fostering a High Impact Culture environment Support Operational
Excellence activities to achieve the training and educational objectives
for the department Support the new technologies and the company
automation and digitalization objectives Support the department in
meeting the throughput objectives by conduction tech transfers and
constantly seek new and strategic projects opportunities Support
cross functional complex projects and other company initiatives
Create an environment of support, collaboration, problem solving, and
success celebration Other duties may be assigned for a safe and
successful operation Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors
degree in a life science or engineering discipline 5 years of
supervisory experience 2 years of experience working with quality
systems and requirements, as well as safety, environmental, and
regulatory compliance Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in a
life science, engineering or business discipline with operational focus
Interpersonal and technical skills, as well as conceptual aspects of
management Project management, planning and scheduling skills SAP
experience Understanding of company and regulatory procedures,
policies, and practices Working knowledge of chemical manufacturing
process, quality, and operational safety Capable of mentoring,
motivating, and developing people Experience supporting a team of
supervisors, engineers, chemists, and operators The ability to work
effectively in a team environment with subordinates, peers, and
