Customer Service Representative

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Answer all customer inquiries timely and with the
appropriate greeting. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt sales
and service support for internal and external customers. Coordinate
efforts and act as liaison between customers and the company to achieve
effective delivery of our companys products and services. Follow all
defined procedures and work instructions in order to properly process
customers quotes and orders. Proactively monitor customer orders and
expedite orders when necessary. Support continuous improvement and
quality objectives. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High
School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or Bachelors
degree is preferred. 3-4 years of customer service or electrical
industry experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word
and Excel. Strong Communicator Organized with Attention to Detail
