Job Description

Work in the cleanroom, gowning up and performing visual inspections, looking for scratches on components. Stand up packaging/unpackaging and handling parts. Perform visual inspections. Must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in BALDWIN, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Clean facility, well-lit, temperature-controlled. This is a clean room manufacturing company that has recently completed an expansion, doubling their facility. The people are nice and very welcoming. Contractors will need to gown up, no jewelry or makeup, booties, masks, and safety glasses. The schedule is 2 days working, 2 days off, and 3 days working (2/2/3). These are 12-hour shifts from either 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Work 3 days one week and 4 days the next week – have every other weekend off. 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday $20/hour. Day shift rotating: Days – $18.25/hr. (16.25 2) Nights – $20.25/hr. (16.25 4). If candidates have 1 year of industry-specific experience, such as injection mold operation or medical device assembly, higher pay rates are negotiable.
