Operations Supervisor – Pulp Mill

communities. Production Coordinator – Pulp Mill Resource and team leader
within a production unit in a participative work environment. Key
Responsibilities: Managing processes and leading people in the pulp
mill work unit. Adherence to safety, quality, environmental
objectives and policies. Supporting and achieving department goals
relevant to business objectives while abiding by personal and company
values. Collaboration across mill departments to ensure material and
production flow within the processes to meet customer needs. Supplier
coordination and management meeting budget and quality requirements.
Ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded – internal and
external. Provides training and both technical and non-technical
support for team members. Technical Competencies: 3 years of
supervisory experience, Degree in Pulp & Paper, Engineering,
Business, Environmental or 10 years of operations experience in a
manufacturing setting. Computer, communication, troubleshooting,
analysis, and mechanical aptitude skills. Wood conversion and/or
sulfite pulping experience desired. Wastewater Operator License
desired. Successful experience in promoting a safe working
