Job Title: VP of Operations- Healthcare Location: Roseville, MN Covering all of Upper Midwest Hours: Monday- Friday | 8am-5pm | Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our branch operations. This key leadership role involves directing and coordinating activities across multiple departments, developing long-range goals, and ensuring that our teams are equipped to provide the highest standard of care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the direction of all customer-facing and enabling branch employees. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports and participate in hiring and termination processes. Coordinate and evaluate all departments, analyzing activities, costs, and forecasts. Collaborate with the Executive VP of Market Outreach to review goals and objectives. Negotiate with insurance payers and contract managers to ensure financial performance. Establish sales activities and plans in conjunction with the Chief Strategy Officer. Creates monthly PI report Meets with executive team on a weekly basis to review financial analyses, business planning, strategic goals and initiatives, succession planning, and team development Advocate for the organization within industry associations. Works with patients, families and internal departments to address and resolve concerns and issues as needed Supervisory Responsibilities: As a leader, you will oversee and guide assigned staff, ensuring that all supervisory duties align with organizational policies and relevant laws. Your responsibilities will include: Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees to build a skilled and effective team. Planning, assigning, and directing work to achieve operational goals. Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback. Recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions while addressing performance issues when necessary. Handling complaints and resolving problems to maintain a positive work environment.
