What You Will Be Doing: As the Work Group Leader, you will lead the overall planning, development, and execution of the business plan in a profitable manner. In this role you will be responsible for client contact and business development activities within our growing commercial aviation practice. You will be responsible for hiring and building our team to compete in the commercial aviation market as well as overseeing technical and professional staff and daily business operations of our Aviation Work Group. Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel: Lead and inspire: Oversee a talented team of planners and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Strategic planning: Develop and implement business strategies that align with our companys vision and goals. Project management: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Technical expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring cutting-edge solutions and continual improvement. Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive the success of aviation initiatives. Innovation: Champion new technologies and methodologies to keep our company at the forefront of the aviation industry. What We Are Looking For: Bachelors degree in Aviation Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university. Masters degree preferred. 20years progressive experience in the aviation field, including experience planning, designing, and/or constructing airport infrastructure. 8 or more years in consulting preferred. Experience with client relationship management and business development, employee development and leadership, and financial management of work groups and projects WHY BOLTON & MENK?
