Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for developing senior level relationships, increasing visibility and increasing revenue for the Cirtec Medical Interventional Segment. This segment focuses on the design, development and commercialization of devices that require complex assemblies, delivery systems, Nitinol tubing & processing, complex catheters, minimally invasive devices and full-device-assembly. End markets include Interventional, Structural Heart, Electrophysiology and Neurovascular.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop a pipeline of opportunities for Cirtec-s Interventional Segment
Specific focus on line transfers
Increase the visibility and customer awareness of the Interventional offering
Meet or exceed sales goals
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients along with support from manager.
Present the overall Cirtec product offerings and capabilities to prospects with a focus on the Interventional business.
Major sites are located in Santa Clara, CA – Brooklyn Park, MN – El Coyol, Costa Rica.
Travel 20% – 50% for Customer trips, site tours, trade shows
Must Have:
Bachelors degree
Five years sales experience with medical device contract manufacturing – (Line transfer, delivery devices, minimally invasive devices)
Demonstrated success selling to major OEMs, R&D engineers, start-ups, purchasing departments and senior management.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint (SFDC a plus).
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
MBA preferred.
Catheter experience is a plus!
