Responsibilities

Heres what youll be doing:

In this call center role, you will handle inbound calls from customers looking to place orders and assist with inquiries related to products and services.

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist customers in placing orders, answering product-related questions, and resolving any order issues.

Accurately enter sales orders into the system while ensuring data accuracy.

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent

One year of related experience
