Job Title: Quality Control Specialist – C and Violation ReviewJob Description
To provide quality control in the C and Violation Review department according to established processes and procedures. You will listen to calls, review them, and track volumes. Report issues on call volumes, miscommunications, etc. to managers for training and correction. Submit reports and logs to the management team through Excel in a timely manner. Review possible erroneous violations and submit them to the violations department for review when necessary. Report additional violations found through re-review to the Department Supervisor for further staff training and/or disciplinary purposes. Assist leads and managers by providing recommendations in SOP. Help train new hires where needed. You will be reviewing, listening, and monitoring calls. You will not take any calls or be on the phones at all. You are doing QC reporting for this department. You will not review any violations either. This position requires strong attention to detail!

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lombard, Illinois and some days remote.
Work Environment
Must be flexible between M-F 7:30 am to 5:30 pm but will most likely work 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Must be able to work on-site for training (2 – 3 weeks) but can go fully remote after that. If requirements are not met, you may be called back into the office. If preferred, working onsite is also an option. It is a quiet office environment, and 90% of the day is spent sitting at a desk. Business casual attire is required, but you can wear jeans on Fridays. Strict cell phone policy; cell phones cannot be out during the day.
