Junior Design Engineer

Job Description: Junior Design Engineer

A Junior Design Engineer will execute custom designs for customer-specific applications in the manufacturing industry. You will balance projects for active orders and work on future projects. You will work directly with three of our largest clients (Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy) on project-based orders. You will employ design strategies to successfully execute projects based on customer requirements. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Manufacturing Engineering to scope potential projects, innovate design ideas, create prototypes, review possible improvements, perform validation testing, and complete cost analyses to determine profitable and competitive pricing.
