Accounting Assistant / AR Specialist
Dealer e Process
This is an in-office position
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Responsible for A/P and A/R entry
Post bills, receipts, and process payments
Communicate effectively with customers and other departments
Process new vendors and customers and maintain files
Vendor reporting
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile credit card transactions
Qualifications:
Understanding of accounting software such as Quickbooks
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
