As a Maintenance Technician at our clients pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production lines. You will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on various equipment to support our manufacturing processes. This facility requires strict adherence to Good Manufactruing Practices due to the type of products produced. Individuals will be required to wear hair nets, beard nets, no fake nails, and maintain cleanliness at all times.

salary: $62,400 – $76,960 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM – 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Perform installation, repair of equipment as needed.

Repair production equipment as needed.

Perform breakdown analysis.

Upgrade production lines with new equipment and/or technology.

Document work schedule and task to complete.

Follow, without exception all work instructions and safety policies and procedures including use of all PPE

and safety equipment.

Coordinate with all departments on work to be performed and address any concerns.

Assist with developing processes with other departments.

Audit equipment and develop replacement part lists.

Respond to equipment emergencies, performing mechanical PMs during operation or during periods of

scheduled downtime.

Maintain and keep up to date equipment list.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 20lbs

standing for 6 hours at one time
