Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk specialist to join a client of ours in the financial space. This person will be responsible for supporting the internal customers from a technology perspective. This may include basic troubleshooting windows hardware/software, resetting passwords, helping users with access, etc. This is a full time position and local to Kansas City, MO.

Skills and Requirements

2 of technical assistance or troubleshooting

Experience with a ticketing system

Basic troubleshooting skills for windows products

Excellent customer service skills, must Used SCCM from a support side

O365 experience

Banking experience previously null
