POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Operator Level 3 positions are a vital part of the Ingredient Preparation/Receiving, Processing, Packaging, Sanitation, VPAC, and Distribution Centers of the Nestle Purina Crete Factory. Production Operator Level 3 will meet all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements when performing job duties. The primary responsibilities in these roles are handling raw or packaged goods, packaging materials and/or using a forklift truck to deliver raw ingredients and packaging materials to various production lines. In addition, Level 3 Production Worker will be primary or relief operators on production equipment in Processing, Ingredient Prep/Receiving, Packaging, VPAC, Sanitation and Distribution production departments. These roles exist on all three shifts in our Production Departments. There is potential for overtime on all three shifts and overtime and weekends are required.

Starting pay – $27.21 / hour

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must be willing to work overtime / night shift and weekends.

Perform all job duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

6 months of experience working in a production capacity such as manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment

Other

Willingness to learn how to operate a forklift and obtain necessary certification.
