POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Utility Worker Level 5 positions are a vital piece of the Processing/Packaging/Ingredient Prep & Receiving/VPAC, and Distribution Departments of the Nestle Purina Crete Factory. Utility Workers Level 5 will meet all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements when performing job duties. The primary responsibilities in these roles are to ensure that production operations are met in a safe and efficient manner, provide quality products to various departments with minimum wastes, and provide relief to operators for breaks and vacation. Additionally, the Level 5 Utility Worker will assist and at times, assume the Team Lead Role when needed. These roles exist on all three shifts in the various Departments. Overtime on all shifts and weekends is required.

Requirements
6 months experience working in a production capacity such as a manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment.
Willingness to learn how to operate a forklift and obtain necessary certification
Willingness to learn multiple jobs within the production environment
Other
1 years experience working in a production capacity such as a manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military, related environment.
1 year experience operating a forklift
1 year experience in using computer for data input, reporting, recording data and saving files.
