Sign-On Bonus Details:

$10,000 for Graduate Nurses. $20,000 for Registered Nurses with one or more years of RN experience.Candidates hired into a sign-on bonus-eligible role will be asked to make a two-year work commitment

Responsibilities:

Use critical thinking to address clinical, social, and emotional patient needs

Apply adult learning principles in patient, family, and staff education.

Provide comprehensive teaching to guide patients through care transitions.

Participate in quality improvement efforts and advocate for evidence-based practices

Document patient care clearly to enhance communication between caregivers.

Engage in professional development to improve patient care and practice quality.

RN experience preferred

Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment with changing priorities and specialized equipment.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required for patient care.

Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, and patient lifting.

Licensure and Certifications:

Current RN license or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP).

CPR/BLS required within 30 days of hire.

ACLS within 1 year; NIH Stroke Scale within 6 months.

National certification preferred; Act 34 clearance and OAPSA compliance required.

Flexible Shift Options:

Night and weekend shift programs available with premium pay (requires 6 months of experience).
