Job Title: Mill Trainee

Job Description

We are actively hiring for industrial Production Workers for a facility in Spring Grove. The role consists of general production duties such as supplying lines with raw materials, unloading finished materials, using forklifts and hand trucks as needed, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring overall safety. Candidates must be honest on their application, have a GED or Diploma, and a stable work history.

Hard Skills

General mechanical aptitude

Ability to interpret a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch

Forklift and hand truck operation

Soft Skills

Respect for safety, quality, and environmental policies

Willingness to learn all department positions

Ability to work in a team

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania.
