Job Description

To perform minor adjustments, repairs, and inspections to equipment and facilities in a timely manner to customer satisfaction. Must have 2 years of Facilities Maintenance experience, ability to execute preventative maintenance, and successfully complete work orders.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The team consists of 7-10 individuals within various trades. Smaller Rehab hospital. 1st Shift: Monday – Friday (7:00AM – 3:30PM) and rotating weekends every 4 weeks. Will have off 2 days or 3 days during the week depending on how it works out. Will work 36 and 48 hours in consecutive weeks on times they work on weekends. Averages out to 40 per week.
