Job Duties
– Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
– Exceed customer service expectations
– Complete sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers purchases, and accepting cash or credit card payments from customers
– Carefully bag customer orders as needed
– Resolve customer issues and answer questions
– Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
– Follow health and safety guidelines
– Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
– Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
– One year of cashier experience preferred, but we love to train those passionate about coffee & customer service
– Availability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business
– Open weekend availability is required for this position
– Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system
– Can multi-task and work well under pressure
– Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation
– Can move, carry or handle merchandise throughout the store
– You thrive in fast-paced environments
– You are a passionate food & beverage lover with a positive attitude
– You have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and enjoy working with people
– You take pride in exceeding customer expectations
