Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Demolition Superintendent to work on a 14-month project in the Charlotte, NC area. This individual will manage a group of 10-25 team members (mainly general demo laborers, asbestos crew, burners/ torch cutters, heavy machinery operators).
The role requires experience in decommissioning, demolition, construction, and environmental remediation. Candidates must also have a proven track record in managing field project teams, client management, scheduling, and monitoring safety standards, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Other day to day responsibilities include: running safety meeting, completing daily logs and working with the clients/ client meetings.
Qualifications/Skills:
5-10 years of supervisory experience managing large crews of 20 or more for
Large industrial projects, Food
Strong understanding of environmental demolition/remediation work
Prior experience supervising abatement projects
Experience supervising large scope projects
30-hour OSHA
40-hour HAZWOPER
Additional Skills:
