We have an exciting opportunity in our Philadelphia office for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders of the Business Finance and Risk, and their teams. You will work in a fast-paced, interesting, and demanding environment which will offer exposure to business activities.

What role will you play?

Your role will be multi-faceted and blend together responsibilities relating to business finance risk management, executive support, reporting and project management. In this role, you will support the Head of Business Finance and the Head of Risk.

What you offer

Experience with calendar management (internal and external meetings)
Managing travel coordination (international and domestic)
Experience with financial analysis, reporting and preparation of PowerPoint presentations
