As a Senior Coordinator/Facilities , you will work closely with the Senior Maintenance Manager to support all maintenance and facilities activities. The Sr. Coordinator Facilities is the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from the Maintenance organization. You will also provide administrative support to the Maintenance organization in managing office functions including Work Order coordination, Security badge/keys and access assignments, new employee facility training, database management, daily office operations, coordination of purchasing, maintaining equipment calibration and maintenance records, preliminary review of all ECN control documents for compliance to Equipment Control and Documentation Policies.

Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for documentation and database information used to support the Maintenance and Calibration Department.
Provide administrative/technical writing support for creating/revising/submitting documents (i.e., ECNs, ECOs, NCRs).
Review documents related to equipment control efforts at ECN review board level.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as required to support the facilities and maintenance department.
Manage the front desk contractor. Serve as back-up for receptionist, as necessary.
Assisting in the quality control of maintenance documents, in making corrections and resolving inaccuracies.
Work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure a consistent form of documentation related to equipment control policies.

You Bring:
High School Diploma and/or business school diploma.
Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or engineering environment or related position. Technical writing experience is a plus.
Effective oral and written communication skills to provide information to others by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Effective interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
Expertise in the use of MSOffice, Word, and Excel, CMM program (Blue Mountain), SAP/SRM.
Demonstrate the ability to gain the necessary knowledge of manufacturing machinery and tooling in a medical device environment to ensure accurate documentation.
