Job Description:
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented VP – IT Transformation to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of our IT leadership team, reporting directly to the CIO. You will be responsible for driving our digital transformation initiatives, which include business systems transformation in Finance, Procurement, and Contracts/Legal. Your strategic vision will help identify business improvement opportunities and shape investments and projects around these opportunities. You will oversee enterprise architecture and ERP PMO functions, ensuring successful technical delivery of our systems.
What Youll Be Doing:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major digital transformation programs.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and create business value.
Mentor and manage a team of IT professionals, including project managers, enterprise architect leaders, and other technical staff.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, business operations, and others as needed to ensure digital transformation initiatives are aligned with business objectives and have the necessary resources and support for successful execution.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop robust risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
Ensure effective organizational change management strategies are deployed for large transformation initiatives.
Oversee the overarching enterprise architecture strategy and plan, and ensure value creation through application rationalization and infrastructure optimization.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT transformation, with a proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
Extensive experience with ERP systems, including full lifecycle implementations.
Strong background in enterprise architecture and project management.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with both technical and business-side leaders, including the ability to facilitate discussion and build consensus.
What Desired Skills Youll Bring:
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs in a leadership role, showcasing your ability to drive significant change.
Knowledge and experience with cloud migrations.
Understanding of contract management to hold systems integrators/vendors accountable for deliverables and timelines.
Strong understanding of business processes related to finance/accounting, HR/payroll systems, within large-scale organizations.

Salary Range:
$179,800.00 – $343,700.00
This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
