CMS Analyst, Data Management /

Position Summary. The Analyst, Data Management?s primary responsibility will be to assist the Manager, Data Management in resolving critical customer missing spend issues for the GPO Finance Department.
Position Reports to the Manager, Data Management
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
? Analyze data and perform research to resolve missing spend issues
? Work with suppliers and internal departments to collect and resolve spend issues
? Work closely with Avendra GPO Customer Care and Account Management
? Manage Customer Missing Spend email correspondence and inquiries
? Manage support incident tracking, follow-ups, and closures
? Communicate spend collection results to internal departments
? Work continuously to improve processes and efficiencies
? Develop a complete understanding of the PURS data model, contracts, Cognos reporting, and cRM systems
Secondary Responsibilities
? Perform YOY monthly allowance analysis reviews as assigned
? Assist in month end close activities related to spend and accruals review
? Assist with data reconciliations
? Ad hoc data analysis and reporting
? Assist with special projects as assigned
? Backup to processing company invoices

Qualifications
Role Requirements
? Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
? Strong PC skills in the areas of database, spreadsheet-based and reporting applications (MS Excel, MS Access, Cognos)
? SQL Query knowledge a plus
? Demonstrated analytical skills
? Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with associates at all levels within the company
? Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
? The ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with customers, clients, employees and leadership.
? The ability to manage through change and ambiguity in a fast -paced environment.

Work Environment. This job operates in an office setting or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands. This is largely a sedentary role with some light lifting of files possibly needed.
Benefits
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
