Security Administrator

Amentum is now hiring for several Security Administrator (All Levels) – CSIA positions in support of the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Ft Belvoir, VA. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment CSIA core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of CSIA and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within CSIA.

The candidate will work closely with the client to perform the following:
Develops, implements and maintains security standards, policies and procedures.
Manages security user system, data entitlements, authorizations, access rights, account creation, and modifications across multiple platforms and applications.
Designs and directs security audits and penetration tests to discover system vulnerabilities, documents results, and provides recommendations to minimize risks.
Installs, configures, maintains, evaluates and troubleshoots security tools, including hardware, software, systems and services.
Reviews error log and determines the cause and resolution of errors.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to define, design and deliver new and enhanced security measures that meet the needs of the company, its clients and end users.
Evaluates projects that impact the security infrastructure and implements or modifies user entitlements as it relates to the roll out of these projects.
Researches and evaluates new security technology, techniques and industry best practices to minimize threats and vulnerabilities.
Develops, maintains and updates documentation of all security tools, processes, procedures and policies.
Generates reports as required.
May administer remote access infrastructure.
Has experience in managing security programs for products, tools, or programs.
Able to ensure that records are maintained, security updates are promulgated, and staff are properly briefed.in designing and implementing security requirements into products and systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline
1-10 years of experience
8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.
Compensation:
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $65,000 – $200,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).
