Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Leader to spearhead GP improvement initiatives within the U.S. region. As Associate Director of Commercial Profitability, you will play a pivotal role in deploying price/mix improvement strategies and service revenue generation initiatives at the point of sale. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial background, understanding of the Diagnostic Solutions business, project management experience and ability to influence across all levels of the organization. The leader will work closely within Sales and across other functions such as Global Marketing and Service to drive initiatives through execution in the US region. The leader will have capability to drive process improvements and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities:
GP Improvement Initiatives:
Review and understand all activities in flight with regards to GP Task Force (GPTF)for US Region (pricing, Service Initiatives, mix, etc.) including scope of opportunity and scope of lift to execute.
Align with US Region Leadership Team & GPTF on prioritization
Coordinate milestone plans across Service, Sales, Contracts, Compliance teams. Identify and remove roadblocks/resource constraints.
Accountability for revenue results associated with GPTF initiatives that will hit the commercial P&L and not the Service P&L
Service Revenue Generation:
Collaborate with cross-functional Service workstream team to shape service initiatives.
Deploy Service initiatives across the U.S. region including
Defining impact to R&R for the commercial organization
Assessing and optimizing business processes to support GP objectives.
Ensure systems and tools are in place to track and measure performance.
Recommend and deliver changes to sales incentive plans.
Accountability for ensuring selling calculators are updated and maintained
Price/Mix Improvement:
Implement pricing models, product mix strategies that maximize profitability and make most efficient use of resources
Organizational Change Management:
Develop and execute change management plans, including communication and training.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales, marketing, and project teams.
Engage RBMs, gain alignment and buy in
Facilitate collaboration and alignment across Service, Sales & Marketing on priorities and execution
Act as a change agent, promoting the benefits of transformation initiatives.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum bachelors degree.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Management, commercial integration and excellence.
Must have a good working knowledge of the customer buying process.
Must have excellent business and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to negotiate and sell new proposals.
Prior experience in the medical products business is highly preferred.
Prior experience in leading change management is highly preferred.
Management experience highly preferred.
Prior experience in Project management preferred.
Must have demonstrated skills in areas of leadership and team effectiveness, written and verbal communications, financial analysis and modeling and sales strategy development and implementation.
Must possess strong Influencing skills and ability to lead through and with others.
Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and customer stakeholders.
Knowledge of contracting procedures and US Region pricing practices.
Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to apply these skills to the DS business plan.
Proactively identify and respond to changes in business environment.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must demonstrate strong team-building skills and have a proven record of working collaboratively.

There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.
121,700.00 – 200,700.00 USD Annual
