CACI has an opening for an Operations Officer supporting a Project Management Office. In this role, you’d serve as an advisor on management and administrative services to the Project Management Office. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Acquisition and Procurement of materials, services and equipment. The candidate must have the ability to develop plans and objectives for assigned projects and management of daily requirements for personnel supporting the Project Office.
More About the Role:
In addition to possessing an understanding of the following: objectives of management and how the organization is structured to carry out these objectives; the means for and problems involved in obtaining cooperation in administration functions; lines and extent of authority within the organization and at higher levels; the following responsibilities can be expected to be performed:
Advisory duties in association with the overall planning analysis and implementation of PM operations such as human resources, strategic planning, and various personnel reports
Document Staffing to include formatting to meet AR 25-50 guidelines, staffing and tracking through PM staff, consolidating comments, and providing version control
Coordinates for Letters of Authorization (LOAs), Validation memos and AMC 1297 Forms
Serving as Point of Contact (POC) for all Account Requests and Imaging Paperwork requirements for personnel forward
Submits timely, complete, and accurate request packages to in theater government POC to include: System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) aka: DD2875, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), current Information Assurance Training Certification, and imaging/account request forms
Compiles and submits updates to the PM Major Events Calendar (MEC), Staff Call Briefing, to PM Ops on a weekly basis
Ensures that the workforce has 100% accurate daily accountability; initiate alert roster and reporting criteria when instructed by PM Leadership
Initiates and submits employee SIPR account requests for processing.
Validates and witnesses SF312 documentation
Identifies areas needing emphasis, exercises guidance to ensure programs and initiatives of the PM are accurately meeting management expectations and alerts the PM Leadership if trends are negative even if those trends are within tolerance
Processing, reporting, and updating Commanders Critical Information Reports (CCIRs) to PM US Ops through the notification process until the “Action to Close” is satisfied
Analyzes information and data; assesses progress of programs, projects, and processes
Organizes, manages, and presents information to include recommendation both formally and informally via oral and written means
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires a bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience
Active Secret Security Clearance
Excellent oral and written narrative skills
Highly knowledgeable on the use of Microsoft Office Suite product (Word, Excel, etc.); and highly-motivated self-starter

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
