PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the AVIATION of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD. Responsibilities You will identify opportunities and make recommendations for Marine Corps support and participation in joint capabilities development workshops, seminars, war-games, working groups, conferences, and integrated process team meetings. You will assist in the management of aviation related required capabilities and gap analysis. You will Develop documentation for submission in the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) system. You will review and analyze emerging joint capabilities and concepts, and initiate, as appropriate, the staffing of recommended changes and revisions. You will communicate assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and timeframes for completion. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical expertise, advice, and evaluation of technical and operational matters involved in the execution of Air Vehicle Requirements Branch functions.
