The HSE Manager is responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. This position is responsible for filing and maintaining compliance with all major HSE legislation related to water, waste, air, and other environmental aspects. Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Oversee product stewardship activities, including TSCA LVE filings, REACH compliance, and customer product stewardship responses.

Ensure compliance with all major HSE legislation related to water, waste, air, and other environmental aspects.

Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Promote and provide input to the companys sustainability initiatives.

Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and jointly with Quality department develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of operations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities and compliance.

Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to HSE and develop programs to continuously improve KPIs.
