BLN24 is looking for a creative and detail oriented UX Content Designer to join our team. 

About the Role:

The Content Designer will be responsible for helping create seamless experiences for users navigating complex subject areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, business analysts, developers and other stakeholders to ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and objectives. 

Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content development. 

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX), including keyword research, meta tags, and content structure. 

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. 

Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve content effectiveness. 

Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in content design.

What you bring to the Game:

Skills/Abilities:

Ability to produce UX design deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, IA diagrams, prototypes based on verbal discussions and written requirements.

Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related field. 

Proven experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role. 

Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail. 

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. 

Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz). 

Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Axure.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. 

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

Portfolio of previous work demonstrating content design and writing abilities.

Education/Experience:

Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., technology, e-commerce, healthcare). 

Knowledge of design principles and graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator). 

Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines. 

Familiarity with user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing). 

Proficiency in additional languages.
