Functional Description:

DDG is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the U. S. Marine Corps College of Distance Education and Training (CDET). The analyst will be part of the system management team responsible for the Marine Corps eLearning Ecosystem (eLE), supporting tasks that include tracking technical issues/problems and providing customer support; supporting business policy planning, requirements development and documentation; and providing training and coordination of support within CDET and with outside organizations. The analyst participates in the planning and development of updates to the eLearning Ecosystem preparing workflows, use cases, and associated technical drawings as needed using approved templates. The position will be on site in Government provided space at Marine Corps University, Quantico VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Electronically track current MarineNet eLE issues and status via Jira.
– Assist the MarineNet Officer and LMS Officer in identifying, writing, and tracking system requirements.
– Track and review JIRA/Confluence Ecosystem defects and updates pertaining to Government Acceptance Testing (GAT) and future Ecosystem releases.
– Review technical documentation and drawings and electronically provide comments.
– Inform the MarineNet Training Managers of any changes to MarineNet to include functionality, updates to CDET policy and procedures, and new courses added to MarineNet.
– Review and assist with daily service support requests.
– Maintain the MarineNet eLE site through Adobe Experience Manager.
– Provide operational expertise to CDET Student Support to ensure identification and resolution of issues relative to MarineNet eLE.
– Provide input for MarineNet eLE Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
– Review MarineNet eLE roles for personnel and ensure compliance with CDET policies.
– Coordinate with both internal and external entities to ensure the best possible learning environment for U.S. Marine Corps and sister services.
– Provide operational expertise to TECOM programs as requested.

Required Experience:

– Cloud infrastructure, network, or learning management system (LMS) administration.
– Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

– Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
– Experience with Adobe tools/applications (Experience Manager, Captivate, Creative Cloud Tools, Connect).
– Experience with Learning Support Systems (e.g., Moodle) and Assessment Tools (e.g. Questionmark).
– Experience with Jira and/or Confluence.
– Experience with courseware development or other academic support.

Education Requirements:

BA/BS from an accredited university (HS diploma with certifications for desired applications acceptable alternative).
