Were looking for a Health Systems Commercial Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The Burlington, NC-based role is critical in supporting the development of broad-based collaborations with health systems and academic hospitals across the country.

The ideal candidate is motivated by continuing to move the needle on institutionalizing deal execution across the organization.

What You Will Do:

This role will support sales and marketing initiatives and RFPs for broad-based deals, continuous process improvements for deal activity across health systems and national accounts opportunities, and administrative functions for the Health Systems team. Key responsibilities for the role include:

Partnering with Health Systems Commercial Leadership to support key growth initiatives & day-to-day commercial operations

Deal Process:

Driving project management for RFP submissions, coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule meetings, track responsibilities and assignments, compile proposal materials, and other key organizational tasks

Formatting Word documents and PowerPoint presentations in support of RFPs and the deal process

Drafting new RFP language, based on subject matter expert inputs

Interfacing between Health Systems leadership, Finance, Marketing, Corporate Development, Managed Care, Legal, Commercial Operations, and other key stakeholders to execute on deal process deliverables

Supporting continuous enhancements to the deal process / project management process

Data:

Serving as the central point of contact for key quantitative and qualitative data and insights (including customer mappings) for the Health Systems Commercial Operations team

Acting as a key point of contact for CRM including forecast and funnel management, prospect targeting and competitive analysis (Win/Loss, etc.)

Utilizing various tools and data resources, including healthcare-specific databases such as CMS, Definitive Health, and Turquoise Health, to drive insights on prospect targeting and competitive analysis

Communicating insights and findings to influence decision-making and drive action to achieve business results

Other:

Coordinating logistics for meetings

Coordinating with VP of Finance on financials

Perform other duties as needed

Who You Are:

Ability to work in a matrix management organization

Ability to work with a variety of systems and business applications to support data analysis and commercial tools

What We Require:

Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Quantitative and qualitative data modeling experience

Project management

Healthcare experience

Bachelor’s degree.

3-5 years of applicable work experience

Extensive experience will be considered in lieu of the more formal qualifications

Bonus Points if You Have:

Proposal submission experience

Salesforce CRM experience

Health system-specific healthcare experience

High-level understanding of pro forma financial modeling

Role is hybrid and does require someone to reside in either RTP, Durham or Burlington, NC
