Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead a large-scale generator replacement project at our pharmaceutical plant in Wilson, NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing similar projects, providing expert recommendations on generator types, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the generator replacement project, ensuring it meets all timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Technical Expertise: Provide expert recommendations on the selection of new generators, considering factors such as efficiency, capacity, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis and budgeting for the project, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure the necessary equipment and services, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all project activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and external partners.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and final project evaluations.

Skills and Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on large-scale generator replacement or similar projects in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, cost analysis tools, and engineering design software. Strong understanding of generator systems and electrical infrastructure. null
