Job Title: Public Health Communicable Disease RN

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage communicable disease cases within the community.

Conduct public health assessments and provide education on disease prevention.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and public health officials to control disease outbreaks.

Maintain accurate records and reports on disease surveillance and control activities.

Provide direct patient care and support as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years RN license.

At least 1 year of experience in public health.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of public health principles and practices.
