Position Summary:

Oversees and performs the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus, basic maintenance, repairs and installations on various equipment, as well as, maintain, replace, build, adjust and modify the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations. Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work for assigned area. May provide Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversees the maintenance crew to ensure safety regulations, procedures, quality standards are met.

Coordinates Maintenance work for immediate area. Assists in Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks.

Performs the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of refrigeration systems, coolers, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus.

Performs maintenance, repairs and installations on various equipment,

Maintains, replace, build, adjusts and modifies the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Performs general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area orderly and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary reports and paperwork.

Schedules vendors for projects as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

1-2 years Experience in maintenance related to warehouse and / or production environment
