Certificate/IRA Specialist

TEKsystems is currently searching for qualified candidates to fill openings for a Certificate/IRA Specialist position to start in November!

This position is NOT remote and requires working onsite Monday-Friday.

All candidates must be local the Pensacola, FL area.

Pay: $15.00/ hour

Description: Account Maintenance detailed towards Cert/IRAs. Handling back office requests, receive requests from CCO/member directly. Working in different ques to work tasks related to: maturity instruction Certificate and IRAs, direct transfers, sending money from Credit Union to other institutions, brining money in, adjusting rates, opening and closing accounts

Experience and Qualifications:

1-3 years of recent experience working in a data entry/banking financial/customer service environment

Must have strong attention to detail

Must have very strong data entry and administrative skills with highest accuracy

Ability to work with 7-9 different computer systems/programs at a time

Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced, high production based environment

Professional written and verbal communication

Ability work multitask and be very comfortable with change

Schedule: Monday-Friday, must be able to work hours between 7am-4:30pm CST

Location: ONSITE, Monday-Friday (no remote work)
