Description: This requisition is to fill the position of Production Planning and Control (PP&C) Business Process Analyst to support Site Operations including Master Production Planning, Process improvement initiatives, support of the manufacturing sites, and Production Systems support at Missiles and Fire Control Orlando.
The selected candidate will provide support to PP&C Site Operations Sr Mgr for all centers in the business area while leading a small team. Support will consist of continuous improvement projects, assessing/analyzing schedule changes, resolving complex and time sensitive technical or operational issues, providing guidance and leadership as needed, and other duties as required.
Work outside of the normal operating hours may be required
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Industrial Engineering degrees or related degree and/or work experience
-5 years of experience in an ERP Environment, interfacing daily with operations, and technical operations, in aerospace and defense manufacturing or complex electronic manufacturing
-Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
-Demonstrated leadership experience including selection, training, performance assessment, work delegation, discipline actions and recognition of employees
-Must possess in-depth knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, enterprise resource planning software, and inventory management software
-Prior experience in planning, preparation, issuance and control of production schedules and material requirements to ensure controlled flows of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.
-Candidate must provide prove In-depth knowledge/experience of computerized integrated information systems (manufacturing, materials management, production planning, procurement and distribution) and a superior understanding of manufacturing material flow in an operations environment
-Prior experience in planning, preparation, issuance and control of production schedules and material requirements to ensure controlled flows of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.
-Full Spectrum Leadership qualities and an ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment is essential with a focus on Lean Manufacturing Concepts and Continuous Improvement.
Desired Skills:
– Experience working in a union contract environment
– Green Belt certified OR ability to demonstrate knowledge and principles of green belt certification put into practice
-Experience supporting Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
-Master’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
– ASCM Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
-Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire production supply chain.
-Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) extensive user experience and/or implementation.
-Hands-on experience in supply chain transformation strategies, digital transformation, process reengineering, and/or major systems deployments
-SAP experience related to Production Operations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
