Travel Leisure is currently hiring a Title Services Specialist in Orlando, Florida. The Title Services Specialist is a fully remote position and is responsible for assisting owners by responding to inquiries about title related matters such as questions about deeds, ownership changes or foreclosures. This individual will spend most of their time on the phone with our owners and therefore previous call center experience is required. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional levels of service by maintaining quality, productivity metrics and aligning with our company values HEART H ospitality – E ngagement – A ccountability – R espect – T eamwork.
How You’ll Shine:
Respond to internal and external customer communication via phone and email
Refer unresolved customer concerns to designated departments for further investigations
Proficiently balance high call volume while providing an outstanding customer service experience
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Meet individual metrics for call volume, availability, and customer satisfaction
Take payments and issue refunds for owner’s accounts
Performs other duties as needed
Training Schedule
Virtual Training Weeks 1 & 2 – Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Virtual On The Job Training Weeks 3 through 6 – Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Operational Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
What You’ll Bring:
Must live within an hour drive of 6277 Sea Harbor Drive Orlando FL
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
1 years call center phone experience required
2 years customer service experience
Previous experience within Owner Services, Financial or Title Services preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Highly motivated and strong desire to achieve individual and team goals
Must be reliable and coachable with a desire to learn
Must have strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
Must have a passion for helping people and delivering high levels customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks
Self-motivated and disciplined
Ability to work in a face paced environment and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks while being detail oriented or ensuring accuracy
Exceptional active listening skills and Strong reading comprehension skills
Effective decision-making skills
Technical Skills
Computer proficiency including Internet navigation ability is a must
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems successfully
OFSLL experience is preferred
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Work from Home Requirements:
The Internet Service Provider (ISP) must provide the following:
Dedicated high speed internet connection (DSL or Cable only):
Minimum of 10 Mbps – Download
Minimum of 2 Mbps – Upload
<80 ms Latency/Jitter/Ping
High Speed Modem:
Contain at least 1 Local Area Network (LAN) Fast Ethernet port (i.e. 100 Mbs or greater)
Must be configured to provide a secure class private Home Network IP address via DHCP to any device connected into the modem LAN port(s)
Office:
Must be a dedicated & private room away from general living space
Free from noise and distractions
Suitable office furniture
Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
