Summary About the Position: This Supervisory Business Manager, NH-0301-04 position is located in Orlando, FL. This position is covered by pay lanes and is in Pay Lane NH-04/PL1(S). The Pay Lane salary range for NH-04/PL1(S) is $122,198 to $172,481. This includes locality at the rate of 16.82%. Management will set the selectees pay for this position within the Pay Lane salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position. Responsibilities Serves as principal advisor to the Project Manager on business management, acquisition and production management, matters to include resource management and review and analysis of all PM operations. Serves as the Project Manager senior advisor and authority for the analysis, planning, prioritization and evaluation. Plans, oversees and monitors the budgetary, acquisition planning and programmatic functions; and assesses status, risk and contractor performance of all PM programs. Monitors and coordinates the budgetary and accounting functions through Joint Reconciliation Programs (JRP) and DFAS reporting to assure timely and economical execution of government resource. Specialized Experience: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Experience working with an organization Planning, Programming, Budget & Execution Policies and Procedures; 2) Applying the knowledge of Fiscal Law Policies and Regulations in the performance of duties; 3) Executing or providing oversight of Business System ; and 4) Providing guidance and advice to management and employees in the areas of resource management, acquisition and production management, and Program review and analysis. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service at the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) level. THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 3 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051, amending 10 United States Code, section 1599d. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program. This certification requirement is a condition of employment for this position. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action. This position requires Level III certification in Acquisition Career Field K-BUSINESS – FINANCIAL MGMT-or the incumbent must be able to obtain certification within 24 months of appointment. Selectees must sign an AAC written tenure agreement to remain in the Federal service in this position for at least three (3) years.
