The Associate Director, Branch Administration responsible for administration and/or management of branches The Associate Director, Branch Administration requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
The Associate Director, Branch Administration is specifically responsible for one or more of the following: private pay, in home, or certified home health branches. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
Duties of the Administrator include, but may not be limited to:
Manages overall operations of home health services while meeting Federal and State regulations and meeting accrediting body and Agency quality service standards.
Organizes and directs the operations to assure availability and provision of care and services.
Directs and monitors quality improvement programs; continuously evaluates and improves processes, systems, and workflows. Evaluates systemic problems and develop action plans to address them. Reports finding and results to superior and subordinates, as appropriate.
Oversees, monitors, and analyzes Agency s outcomes; strives for improvement through the QAPI process.
Communicates with the clinical managers/supervisors/staff on a regular basis to assure that documentation and care is accurate and reflective of client condition and meets Medicare guidelines.
Directs and evaluate all operations and staff functions, i. e., nursing, staffing, administration, etc.
Implements procedures to monitor data entry to ensure the integrity and timeliness of payroll, billing, and State statistics as appropriate.
Participates in administrative on-call responsibilities.
Ensures that operational and clinical processes are completed to support timely billing.
Monitors and analyzes the episode-based reimbursement for accuracy.
Monitors and analyzes staff efficiency; implements corrective actions as indicated.
Ensures referrals for service with clinical staff are appropriate.
Oversees and participates in human resources functions including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, orientation, supervision, counseling, evaluations, and staff development.
Other duties as requested/qualified by supervisor.
Requirements
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a professional nurse
Or holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Health Service Administration.
Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program.
Knowledge and understanding of federal & state laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health
Language Skills:
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 – $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
