Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Support Analyst to join their customers team. This position is remote, working east coast hours. This individual will be a key member of the team and major support for the business. This includes coordinating and executing testing for new software releases, collect, analyze, and report system performance data, perform regular audits on all software applications and hardware used within the operation. The Business Systems Support Analyst will be a member of the Travel Services team which is very fast paced and dynamic so it is crucial that this person is a team player and willing to be flexible, adapt to change and jump in wherever needed. This role will also help introduce other teams to these new systems and help them understand how they work and dont work and hold hands along the way. The BSSA will participate in grooming sessions to design business rules and operational guidelines and deliver on projects and deadlines in a timely manner in accordance to quarterly Program Planning. We are seeking a candidate that demonstrates strong organizational, decision making, analytical and problem solving, as well as continuous process improvement skills. Compensation for this role will range from $35-40/hour.

Skills and Requirements
5 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in the travel/cruise/hospitality industry
Knowledge in Seaware
Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, successfully meeting deadlines
Ability to travel (enough notice is provided) 10% Knowledgeable in SAFe agile methodology
Experience with Jira (or another system for ticketing)
Accounting/Revenue background null
