Pay Rate: $18 – $21 per hour

Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team in Plant City. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in operating Lull telehandlers and 30-ton forklifts , with a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the safe and effective handling of materials and equipment at various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Lull telehandlers and 30-ton forklifts safely and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in heavy equipment operation.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents as needed.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and job site efficiency.

Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator, specifically with Lull telehandlers and 30-ton forklifts.

Valid operator’s license and relevant certifications for heavy equipment operation.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

Physical stamina and strength to meet the demands of the job.
