Manufacturing Engineer II

Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineer II designs, develops, and evaluates and implements manufacturing equipment, tooling, and test systems and test equipment to optimize production and quality assurance of industrial and consumer goods. This individual oversees the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of such equipment and ensures quality standards are met. They analyze products and production systems and apply lean manufacturing principles in order to achieve continuous improvement and reduce waste. The Manufacturing Engineer II performs work measurement for the establishment of standards and supports the development and introduction of new products. The person in this role will be responsible for the direct supervision of machining center employees.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering

Experience: 4 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
