Program Management Senior Advisor (Medicare Advantage) – Remote

Summary
Reporting to the Director of Business Analytics, this position will be responsible for establishing and leading cross-functional operational and project initiatives and assembling and mobilizing cross-functional workgroups to accomplish analytics strategic objectives. To accomplish this, the Health Services and Revenue Management Business (HSRM) Project Advisor must possess the energy and creative drive to effectively lead a matrix-team of high performing professionals across multiple teams and functions.
Responsibilities
Leadership
Work collaboratively with the HSRM leadership team on all aspects of the day-to-day operating activities to drive execution of business-critical initiatives and represent the value story to Clinical, Financial, and Market leaders.
Strategy, Planning and Execution
Work closely with cross-enterprise teams to ensure data driven strategy development, and articulate a clear vision to achieve strategic goals.
Develop roadmaps with specific actions needed to achieve goals across all lines of business.
Ensure that funding and resources are prioritized and committed to complete actions and resolve resource gaps.
Evaluate whether actions achieved intended goals and partner to generate future strategy and revision plans.
Individual Project Management
Lead and organize specific focused and individualized projects as necessary to achieve departmental and broader GBS Segment goals.
Deliver project outcomes via thoughtful storytelling and creative visualization methods to communicate clear value propositions for project stakeholders.
Training
Partner with local markets and matrix partners to ensure communication and delivery of analytic products is planned and successful.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing multiple aspects of business operations
Healthcare experience, with Medicare experience preferred
Demonstrated results in ability to strategically think through situations, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate those thoughts into an organizational plan
General experience with a broad range of business functions and systems, including Strategic Development and Planning, Budgeting, Business Analysis, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Health Services
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals
High level business acumen, with evidence of sound decision making
Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people and cross-functional teams
Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization, as well as with external partners.
Capacity to enforce accountability, learning the strengths and weaknesses of the team to ensure success
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of stakeholders
Enterprise thinker, with proven ability to influence across a matrixed environment
Effective communicator, with strong persuasion skills
Ability to create and communicate a compelling vision, both with internal and external partners
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 110,000 – 183,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
