We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team at Norris Academy.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services and collect and maintain appropriate behavior data under the close supervision of the BCBA and/or BCaBA. RBTs provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services that help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) improve independent functioning skills. RBTs are responsible for providing life-changing care by working one-on-one with clients and families to help them achieve new skills and milestones.

Job Duties:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to our youth
Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
Effectively communicate with Parents and caregivers regarding clients progress
Attend required meetings and trainings
Maintain RBT Certification
Completed all additional Job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a current State Drivers License and Insurance
Ability to pass a criminal background check (including fingerprints), drug screen, physical, and TB test
Ability to work with children and families with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses
Basic computer skills
Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and eligible to work in the United States
Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus!
